Job Description :
- Testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products and Stability samples by analytical instruemnets such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR etc. received or manufactured by Sanofi India Limited at Goa site and compile relevant documentation in order to ensure that the products meet the prescribed specifications prior to release for sale and distribution.
- Testing of analytical method validation/Verification, Process validation and method transfer activity.
- Documentation
- Prepare and maintain raw data and analytical records in compliance with the current regulatory requirements.
- Review and update standard operating procedures.
- Maintain the raw data as per regulatory requirements.
- Review and revise the specifications and test procedures based on the pharmacopeia review.
- Raising of change controls, entering works completed through Phenix system.
- Raising of deviations, entering of CAPA status through Phenix
- Carrying out result recording transactions in SAP ATHENA.
- Carrying out testing for ILI investigation
Qualification/Calibration/Validation
- Carry out the calibrations & Preventive maintenance of analytical instruments as per SOP and maintain records.
- Carry out the validation of analytical methods as per the testing procedure
