rubicon will be conducting Walk-ins’ for the “Manufacturing Department” for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD).
Technicians: Granulation/ Coating/ Compression areas
experience: above 2 years experience Candidates are eligible to attend walk in interview
Officers: Granulation/ Coating/ Compression areas
experience: 2 Years
Immediate joiners preferred
In an oral solid manufacturing facility, individuals working in the granulation, coating, and compression areas have specific job responsibilities to ensure the quality and safety of the final product. Some of these responsibilities may include:
Granulation:
- Operators in the granulation area are responsible for operating the granulation equipment, such as granulators, blenders, and dryers, to produce the granulated material.
- They may also be responsible for monitoring the process to ensure that it is carried out according to established procedures and that the final product meets the required specifications.
Coating:
- Operators in the coating area are responsible for operating the coating equipment, such as fluid bed coaters, pan coaters, and spray coaters.
- They may also be responsible for monitoring the coating process to ensure that it is carried out according to established procedures and that the final product meets the required specifications.
Compression:
- Operators in the compression area are responsible for operating the tablet press and other compression equipment.
- They may also be responsible for monitoring the compression process to ensure that it is carried out according to established procedures and that the final product meets the required specifications.
