Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Number of Positions: 01 Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualifications: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or relevant life science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Desirable Qualification: Candidates who have qualified national-level exams like CSIR-UGC-NET, DBT-JRF, ICMR-JRF, GATE, etc., will be preferred. Candidates with prior experience in areas such as cyanobacteria/microalgae cultivation, microbial consortia development, cyanobacterial lipid extraction, protein purification, wastewater treatment, metagenomics, molecular biology techniques, and water contaminant detection through LC-MS/GC-MS are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in scientific writing is required.
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years as of the closing date of the advertisement. Fellowship Duration: 2 years (subject to satisfactory performance) Fellowship:
• Rs. 36,000 per month (inclusive of HRA) for NET/GATE or national-level exam qualified candidates, as per GSBTM, DST, GOG guidelines.
• Rs. 23,213 (fixed) per month for candidates who have not qualified national-level examinations such as NET/GATE, as per GSBTM, DST, GOG guidelines.
