Job Description:
Operate under ISO 13485 quality systems. Develop and validate Molecular Diagnostics Assays for regulatory submission.
Transfer of assays into production by creating SOPS and QC procedures.
Desirable Qualification:
A PhD in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology or similar field with 2+ years of industry experience in molecular diagnostics assays and kit development.
A deep understanding of qPCR, RT-qPCR, and PCR reaction dynamics.
Strong skills in PCR primer/probe design, DNA/RNA extraction, cloning, and cell culture.
Understanding of each aspect of the project from R&D through production, QC, and long-term stability testing etc.
