Position Reference : P10- Research Scientist – Proteomics Lab
Job profile:
- Performing enzyme assays and protein analysis
- Protein purification, characterization, data analysis
- Designing of experiments, training of other team members, preparation of study reports.
- The candidate must have a good understanding of basic protein biochemistry/ principles and is expected to work independently with minimum supervision. Training will be given in enzyme assays
Requirement:
- Biochemistry / Biotechnology.
- Skills/Experience in most of the following: Protein
- Purification, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, ELISA.
- Protein concentration determination, enzyme assays, bioinformatics.
Qualification: PhD (Biochemistry / Biotechnology.
Experience: 0 to 3 years experience in industry or academia (research position)
