As a Product Support Specialist I, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers in the healthcare industry. Here are the responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Provide telephone, email, and live chat support to healthcare professionals.
- Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate highly technical issues or those beyond Tier-1 support to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide end user application training.
- Utilize the company’s CRM system to record and escalate customer cases.
- Take ownership of customer cases until resolution.
2. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and understand healthcare work processes.
- Gain knowledge of clinical trials and healthcare industries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as required.
