- Evaluate and finalize project estimates and share with the client
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders/ other departments (e.g. Analytical, Project Management, HR, IT, Admin, Maintenance etc.) for required resources/services
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure project deliverables Identification of advanced analytical techniques and their usage
- Review/share final project reports with client
- Manage project cost and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Plan & allocate optimum resources (manpower, materials and infrastructure) for the project
