1. Explaining Relex Medication Therapy Management
One of your primary tasks will be to educate prospective and existing customers/patients about the Relex Medication Therapy Management Program. You’ll be the bridge between our innovative program and those who stand to benefit from it the most.
2. Ensuring Medication Replenishment and Dosage Tracking
Your attention to detail will be crucial as you oversee medication replenishment and dosage tracking. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring that patients receive the right medications at the right times.
3. Monitoring Outcomes and Follow-Up
Monitoring patient outcomes is essential for their overall wellbeing. You’ll diligently follow up on reminders to patients based on counseling notes from Clinical Pharmacists and required lab tests, ensuring their progress is on the right track.
4. Patient Counselling and Guidance
Your guidance will be instrumental in helping patients understand the correct use of their medications to achieve desired outcomes. Your support will be a stepping stone towards healthier lives.
5. Communicating Customer Feedback
Your role extends beyond patient interactions. You’ll communicate valuable customer feedback and experiences to various teams within our organization, such as Operations, Marketing, and Quality. This valuable input will aid in refining our products and services.
6. Supporting Outreach Programs
Participating in customer outreach programs is a creative aspect of your role. You’ll contribute to the success of themed programs, engaging with patients in meaningful ways.
7. Providing Information and Explanation
