Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• PhD or Postgraduate degree in Life Science/Pharmacy/MBA in Marketing/BE with relevant BD experience in CRO industry.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a CRO BD role.
• Fair understanding of central laboratory workflow and selling regulated bioanalysis services.
• Knowledge of biomarker bioanalysis requirements and toxicology/preclinical studies.
• Established contacts with key decision-makers in mid-size pharma/startups and Biotech firms.
• Experience in lead generation and tapping new business opportunities.
• Extensive exposure to Business Development, Business Planning, and Budgeting.
• Prior experience in handling overseas clients.
