Position : Research Associate
Qualification : M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) with 3-8 years’ experience.
Department: Pharmaceutical Development
Job Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding of pharmaceutical drug product development process during discovery and development of a New Chemical Entity (NCE).
• Experience in planning and executing formulation development of preferably novel compounds for various dosage forms like oral (tablets, capsules), topical, parenteral, extemporaneous formulations etc.
• Experience in planning and conducting experiments for pre-formulation studies, interpret the data and conduct stability studies as per ICH guidelines.
. Experience in tech transfer activities including hands on execution of scale-up and GMP clinical supply batches at pilot and/or production facilities.
• Prepare & review protocols, reports, guidelines, SOPS for lab equipment/instruments and processes.
• Understanding or experience in conducting solid state characterization & polymorph screening
experiments and interpret data from HPLC, DSC, TGA, PXRD, microscope, etc.
• Understanding on principles of GLP, GMP and ICH guidelines.
• Understanding of systems and process pertaining to safety, health and environment.
