Position tittle : COSS-0, Expert – Clinical Trial Coordinator
Location : Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage template agreements for Company sponsored studies (CSS), Collaborative Research Studies (CRS) and Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS).
- Coordinate, Perform and review Fair Market Value (FMV) of investigator grant evaluation
- Perform Clinical contract customization and interface with Legal where required
- Perform and coordinate Confidentiality Agreement customization across the portfolio and interface with Legal where required
- Manage contract signature process for Clinical contracts and other legal documents as required
- Track and document Clinical contracts and other legal documents across the portfolio as required
- Facilitate legal document template and legal manual updates.
- Coordinate, support and manage high level estimates and budget build for Clinical contracts at study, country or site level
- Accountable for Study Budget creation across the portfolio.
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree, or equivalent, in a relevant scientific or legal subject; with 4 to 10 years of experience.
- Operational, Regulatory, start up experience would be desirable
- Must be pro-active and able to work in high pressure, fast paced environments.
