Job Description

As a Quality Chemist at Colgate-Palmolive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform chemical analysis of raw materials, flavors, and finished products.
• Investigate and report out-of-specification results in a timely manner.
• Lead the implementation of Lab Testing expectations in Mini laboratories.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and books, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide support for analytical analysis related to Non-Conformance.

About the Department & Responsibilities

• Standardize Laboratory Procedures.
• Coordinate activities for Corporate Programs: Environmental and Safety Department, Factory Performance, and Quality Programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Chemistry) or Pharmacy.
• At least 1 year of testing experience in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical lab.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree in Science (Chemistry) or Pharmacy.
• 1-3 years of testing experience in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical lab.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to work in shifts.
