    • M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics/Industrial Pharmacy). M.S Pharma, 0 – 4 Years
    • Education and technical areas of expertise should include most fields of Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology.
    • Possess excellent communication skills and ability to understand the importance of effective stakeholder management and communications.
    • Will be technically responsible for working on the formulation development of Sterile Injectables, Aseptic Processing.
    • Knowledge in parenteral formulation development like liquid/ dry powder and lyophilized formulations.
    • This will require detailed reading of literature, planning, execution, optimization of the formulation, presentation of results in group meetings.
    • Execute the Developmental batches, feasibility batches, lab scale batches, Stability batches, Stability Studies as per plan
    • Troubleshooting, ongoing technical support to manufacturing team for process validation, continuous process verification and process improvement.
    • Serving as a key scientific and technical representative for process-related issues at the facility.
    • Coordinate with internal departments like Purchase, Analytical R&D, Production, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Engineering for Technology Transfer.
    • Ensure compliance to cGMP/ cGLP, organizations procedures and practices.
    • Ensure all the safety precautions are followed while at work.
    • Independent, science-based, and innovative thinking, and the ability to mine scientific literature and databases where appropriate
    • Functions well within multidisciplinary teams and possesses outstanding oral and written communication skills.
    • Must have the troubleshooting skills.
    • Contributing to the running of the lab by taking part in a lab duties responsibility pool.
    • Actively participate in scientific interactions with in-house and external collaborators regarding scientific matters
