Job Description:

Job Responsibilities for Asst. Chemist / Chemist:

• Department: Microbiology
• Qualification: M. Sc (Microbiology)
• Experience: 2 to 4 years

As an Asst. Chemist or Chemist in the Microbiology department at Natco Pharma Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing MLT Analysis.
• Conducting BET Analysis.
• Media preparation.
• Environmental Monitoring.
• Method Validations of MLT and BET.

Job Responsibilities for Manager / Senior Manager:

• Department: Microbiology
• Qualification: M. Sc (Microbiology)
• Experience: 15 to 20 years

As a Manager or Senior Manager in the Microbiology department at Natco Pharma Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing Good Laboratory Practices at the Microbiology Department.
• Planning and controlling microbiological activities.
• Preparation, review, and approval of documents related to microbiological practices, procedures, and validation protocols and reports.
• Training and qualification of analysts to perform tests like MLT, BET, Water analysis, and Environmental Monitoring.
• Review and monitoring of the qualification and re-qualification of instruments.
• Timely release of Environmental monitoring, MLT, BET, Water Analysis test, and reports.
• Procurement of lab consumables, equipment, and accessories.
• Coordinating with QA department for the implementation of QMS.
• Laboratory Information Management (LIMs) sample allotment, data verification, and approval.
• Facing internal and external (customer and regulatory) audits.
