Key Responsibilities

Generate prescriptions from doctors & other businesses like Hospitals/ Pathology Labs. Generate awareness among the public by conducting health check-up camps, seminars, CME etc.

Coordinate & follow up with Logistics, Collection Centres, HQ/ Branch Lab, Patient and Doctors.

Guide Phlebotomists and Receptionists in making follow-up calls to clients.

Develop further customer base from existing leads and tap new clients.

Effectively handle queries and escalations.

Prerequisites

Qualification: B.Sc (Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics) or B.Pharm, PG (Any Specialization)

Years of Work Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in private Pathology Labs/ Diagnostic Centers/Hospitals/Pharmaceutical Companies.

Must have a two-wheeler.
