| About Yourself | Respected sir, Greetings It gives me a great pleasure to introduce myself, presently looking forward for a Senior position in the areas of Research & development for the synthesis of pesticides & pharmaceutical products. My qualifications in research, vast experience of 33 years in the domain and a strong desire to excel in this profession has molded me into a skilled synthetic organic /pesticide scientist. I am experienced in the field of R&D, Process development & chemical procurement which, I am confident, reliable & truthful towards my profession. I have completed my Ph.D. and M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) from Sri Krishandevaraya University, Ananthapuramu, Andhra Pradesh. Thesis of my Ph.D. was based on synthesis of advanced organic molecules. My academics and experience allowed me to gain understanding and appreciation in the field of R&D, process development synthetic organic chemistry/ pesticide chemistry. & supply chain management. Presently, I worked at NACL industries Limited as a Sr. Manager/Sr. lead Scientist –R&D) since the year 2014 (10 years) to February 2024. Earlier I worked in Hyderabad Chemical Products Limited (Agro chemicals) as a manager – R&D from 1998 to 2014 (16 years) & earlier to that I worked in M/s SOL Pharmaceuticals Limited, Hyderabad from 1991-98 (7 years). My key strengths & accomplishments include R&D, process development synthetic organic chemistry/ pesticide chemistry. &, design of new synthetic routes and the development of new synthetic methodologies & procurement of chemicals. Ability to deal with multistep synthesis of organic molecules at bench top and also at pilot plant level. On discussion with R&D superiors like Director–R&D in NACL industries Limited., I strengthened my interest in the areas for organic synthesis. While working in Hyderabad Chemical Products Limited, I used to make frequent visits to IICT for literature search and database search from Scifender, Smart Chem & Reaxys data. I was involved in the purchase/procurement of raw materials for different new projects from reputed companies in India & China.
