Position: Technical Trainee / Research Associate
Qualification : MSc. (General / Organic) Chemistry
Experience : 0 to 5 years’ experience.
Department: Medicinal Chemistry
Job Location: Bangalore
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out synthesis and characterisation of novel bioactive molecules towards a wide range of novel protein targets.
- Work on organic synthesis with a broad knowledge of modern organic chemistry and synthetic methods: heterocyclic chemistry, metal catalysed reactions, multi-step synthesis.
- Work with a wide range of techniques in synthesis, purification and spectroscopic characterization of novel compounds (NMR, LCMS, HPLC, etc.).
- Maintain Lab notebook.
- Understanding of systems and process pertaining to safety, health and environment.
