As a fresher trainee in Pharma Quality Control Microbiology, your responsibilities may include:
Conducting microbiological tests: You will be responsible for conducting various microbiological tests to ensure the quality and safety of the pharmaceutical products.
Analyzing test results: You will analyze the test results to identify deviations from the expected values, and report any abnormalities to the senior team members.
Maintaining laboratory records: You must maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities, including test results, calibration, and equipment maintenance records.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines: You will ensure that all laboratory activities comply with regulatory guidelines such as GMP, GLP, and USP.
Supporting investigations: You will assist in investigations of out-of-specification results, deviations, and complaints, and provide technical support as required.
Maintaining laboratory cleanliness: You will maintain the laboratory cleanliness, including cleaning and sterilizing equipment and maintaining the laboratory in a state of readiness for audits and inspections.
Participating in training programs: You will participate in training programs to enhance your pharmaceutical microbiology skills and knowledge.
Adhering to safety protocols: You will adhere to safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and others in the laboratory.
