Designation: Officer / Executive to join our Pre-sales team.
Location: Bengaluru.
Educational qualifications :
Science graduate with Post Graduate in MBA or Post Graduate with Biotech /Pharma from a reputed college / university.
Years of experience : 6 months to 2 years
Job Scope / Purpose :
Provide strong Business Development operation support to the BD team to sustain and develop clients across Life
Science and Pharmaceutical industry by providing market analysis, leads and sales forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
To coordinate internally with scientific staff to develop project outline, cost, timeline and propose price for the final proposal compilation within the given TAT.
Ensure operational efficiency to consistently deliver on proposals to Regional BD managers in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accuracy of estimates in making the business proposal.
Project initiation and coordination with PM and other internal stakeholders on site.
Adding leads/ updating contacts / account details. Maintaining records of RFQs /MoM on Salesforce
Behavioral and Soft Skills
International Business Development experience in CRO / CDMO or pharma industry.
Effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients. E-mail and / or interactive marketing experience.
Proposal management experience will be an added advantage.
