About the Department & Responsibilities
As a part of the Technical Services department at Macleods Pharmaceuticals, your role will involve:
- Monitoring and Technical Support:
- Monitor and provide technical support during the preparation, review, and execution of Pre-Exhibit/Exhibit/Pre-PPQ/PPQ batches.
- Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Record for Pre-Exhibit/Exhibit/Pre-PPQ/PPQ batches.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review Continued Process Verification (CPV) protocol/report and Annual Product Quality Report.
- Risk Evaluation:
- Evaluate risks associated with new product introductions at the site from R&D and/or Site Transfer products.
- Investigations and Root Cause Analysis:
- Handle investigations related to OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), Atypical observations, and provide technical support to identify the root cause and recommend suitable CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Market Exposure:
- Previous exposure to the US, Europe, and WHO markets is a must.
