As part of the QA department at Ipca Laboratories Ltd, your responsibilities will include:
- Good knowledge of QMS: Possessing a thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Handling of QRM: Managing Quality Risk Management (QRM) processes and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks within the pharmaceutical operations.
- Handling of SOP preparation: Participating in the preparation, review, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure adherence to quality standards and consistency in operations.
- Handling of Change Control: Overseeing the Change Control process, including assessing and implementing changes to processes, equipment, or documentation in a controlled manner.
- Handling of Deviations: Managing and investigating deviations from standard procedures, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
