Job Description
We are excited to announce a full-time, office-based opportunity for an Entry Level Clinical Project Coordinator to join our Clinical Trial Management team in India. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to our company’s continued success. About the Department & Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Clinical Project Coordinator, you will:
- Engage in clinical trial management on a daily basis.
- Collaborate closely with the project Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring tasks.
- Compile and maintain project-specific status reports.
- Update Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) with study milestones, enrollment projections, and more.
- Update the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and perform ongoing quality control.
- Support the Clinical Trial Manager in drafting study plans and study-specific guidance documents.
- Manage site feasibility, site activation preparation, and study supply management.
- Effectively communicate with regional cross-functional teams, vendors, and sponsors.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management and the ability to coordinate and present at internal/external meetings and conference calls.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, databases, Excel, and Windows.
- Strong organizational skills.
