LKN GLOBAL SERVICES PRIATE LIMITED Hiring Notification for Home Health Medical Coders

In this role, you will be required to:

Analyze patients’ charts carefully
Utilize specialized medical classification software to assign diagnosis codes
Assign codes to diagnoses using ICD-10-CM codes following the PDGM guidelines by CMS
Enter coding information in an online program
Ensure codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with government and insurance regulations
Follow up with the provider on any documentation that is insufficient or unclear
Communicate with other clinical staff regarding documentation
Search for information in cases where the coding is complex or unusual
Be updated about new coding rules as codes change from time to time
Maintain patient confidentiality and information security
Ensure that all codes are current and active Meet daily Coding, OASIS, and POC review production
Ensure that Coding, OASIS, and POC documentation is clinically accurate while providing support throughout the review process
Maintain continuing education requirements Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor

Education : All certificate & Non certified Coders Eligible

Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in home health medical coding
