Responsibilities of Senior Clinical Research Associates: Senior Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) at Worldwide play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and excellence of clinical research programs. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting various types of site visits, including qualifications, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Reviewing study subject safety information, informed consent, and source document verification.
• Actively participating in study team and investigator meetings.
• Compiling regulatory documents and ensuring compliance with study protocols.

Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Broad understanding of clinical research principles and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
• A four-year college curriculum in life sciences or equivalent education/training with clinical research experience.
