- Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Voice Process professional at Wipro, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking phone calls and accurately documenting adverse events, product complaints, and medical inquiries in the AE Intake Tool.
- Probing efficiently for information related to adverse events, patient’s medical history, demographics, physician’s information, etc.
- Proofreading information for accuracy and completeness.
Candidate Profile
- Eligibility Criteria: B Pharma , M Pharma degree with Pharma license only.
- Freshers from a Pharma background can apply.
- Candidates with Pharma license only can apply.
- Candidates should be flexible with night shifts.
- 5 days of work from the office.
- Candidates should be comfortable with customer service, voice process roles.
- Experienced candidates should have all their experience documents from the previous organizations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
