Clinical Data Management Associate

Position Summary

The Clinical Data Management Associate will play a crucial role within the Data Management and Statistics Department, ensuring timely and quality delivery of data management processes in clinical trials. This role involves clinical data review, query resolution, and safeguarding the integrity of trial data while aligning with project timelines and sponsor expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full data management life cycle, including:
  • Annotated CRF development
  • Query and warning management
  • External data processing and SAE reconciliation
  • Updating data in eCRF and performing coding (e.g., MedDRA, CTCAE, WHO, or Sponsor-dependent)
  • Coding review and oversight of coding library
  • Development of CRF guidelines
  • Review of SAS program outputs and corresponding queries
  • Participation in user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Report generation and clinical data documentation
• Provide input on:
  • eCRF development aligned with protocol and sponsor requirements
  • Project timelines and quality deliverables
  • Resource management planning
• Conduct presentations on data management activities
• Manage data as per documented project specifications
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to data management strategy
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, information security policies, and data protection regulations

Professional Experience Requirements

• Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in specialized data management skills, including:
  • CRF design
  • SAE reconciliation
  • Central laboratory data handling
  • New data technologies
• Prior experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or equivalent organization is preferred
