Job Role – Medical Coder, Senior Medical Coder & QA

Job Designation:

• Experienced Medical Coder
• Senior Medical Coder
• QA – Surgery Medical Coding

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Same-Day Surgery Coding.
• Accurately code patient records following ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT standards.
• Assign diagnosis and procedure codes based on patient charts.
• Ensure adherence to Coding Compliance Policies (internal and external).
• Maintain service levels by meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare and update status reports as per company requirements.
• Improve performance based on manager feedback and training.

This role requires strong coding skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of medical terminologies, particularly for surgery procedures.

Job Location and Employment Details

• Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Trichy, Salem, and Hyderabad
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience Required: 1 to 6 years in Same-Day Surgery Coding

Qualifications Required

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum graduation in Life Sciences or Medical Sciences.

Certifications:

• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or COC (Certified Outpatient Coder) certification is preferred.

 Experience:

• A minimum of one year experience in Same-Day Surgery Medical Coding is required.
• Candidates with 1-6 years of experience in medical coding are encouraged to apply.
