1. Production (OSD Manufacturing)

Positions: Operator to Senior Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production machinery for OSD manufacturing.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and manufacturing standards.
  • Perform routine machine inspections and cleaning activities.
  • Oversee production activities, ensuring optimal efficiency and product quality.

Qualification:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy/Engineering or B.Sc.
  • Relevant experience in the OSD manufacturing process.

2. Quality Control (QC)

Positions: Officer to Senior Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and documentation of results.
  • Participate in method development and validation activities.

Qualification:

  • B. Pharma / M. Pharma / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related fields.
  • Proficiency in operating instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-VIS spectrophotometer.

3. Quality Assurance (IPQA, Documentation)

Positions: Officer to Senior Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the documentation and quality assurance processes for manufacturing.
  • Conduct batch record reviews, including IPQA.
  • Participate in internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support the implementation of corrective actions and improvements.

Qualification:

  • B. Pharma / M. Pharma.
  • Strong knowledge of IPQA procedures, regulatory standards, and quality systems.
