1. Synthetic Chemistry Scientist
Qualification: M.Sc./M.Pharm/PhD in Chemistry or related field
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in synthetic organic chemistry

Medicinal Chemistry Scientist
Qualification: M.Sc./M.Pharm/PhD in Medicinal Chemistry or related discipline
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in medicinal chemistry research

Roles and Responsibilities
Design and execute organic synthesis experiments for drug discovery projects.
Conduct structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies to develop new therapeutic compounds.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques for characterization and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biology, analytical, and process development.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
