• Location: Madhurantakam, Tamil Nadu, India
• Department: Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Associate at Sun Pharma, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• To perform the Raw material & packing material vendor qualification activities like to review vendor qualification document, approved vendor list updates in SAP.
• To review and release the Raw material & packing material in SAP HANA.
• To perform the evaluation of Q score for vendors.
• To review the executed Preventive Maintenance documents and release in SAP HANA.
• To review the qualification and requalification documents and release in SAP HANA.
• Handling of maintenance activities (Preventive, Breakdown) in SAP HANA.
• To review the executed calibration documents and release in SAP HANA.
• To review the temperature mapping report.
• To perform the activity as per the user roles defined in the EDMS & EDAMS application.
• To perform the SAP related activity as per the user roles defined in the SAP HANA application.
• To perform the activity as per the user roles defined in the BRMS application.
• To perform the activity as per the user roles defined in the LMS application.
• To initiate/review the change control and deviation in Track wise system.
• To initiate/review & approve the CAPA and investigation in Track wise system.
• Review of Risk Assessment.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience: Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements in domestic and international markets.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP HANA, TrackWise, and other quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
