Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project planning and execution from new product initiation to dossier filing and approval across multiple geographies.
  • Implement governance mechanisms to monitor and manage diverse projects.
  • Assist in executing strategic projects, including in-house and outsourced initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in cost estimation and budget planning for projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience: 4-7 years in Project Management for R&D.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of pharma regulations, budget planning, and cross-functional coordination.

Analytical Services – R&D (Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution, PSD, ICP-MS, XRD.
  • Ensure proper documentation as per GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
  • Conduct calibration of analytical instruments.
  • Perform method validation and method transfers in R&D.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-4 years in Analytical R&D, Quality Control, or Method Development.
  • Skills: Expertise in instrument calibration, method validation, and regulatory compliance.
