Designation: Senior Officer to Senior Executive

- Qualifications: B.Pharma / M.Pharma

Department: Quality Control (Stability Section)
Designation: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
- Experience Required: Minimum 8 years
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
- Focus Area: Stability studies, compliance with regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
ADL Department (Senior Officer to Senior Executive):
- Perform analytical method validations and development.
- Utilize advanced instruments like GC and HPLC for data analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation of research findings and activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.
QC Department (Stability Section):
- Oversee all stability testing programs to determine product shelf life and storage conditions.
- Develop and implement stability study protocols following regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain data integrity and prepare detailed stability reports for submissions.
- Ensure compliance with GLP and ICH stability guidelines.
- Manage a team of QC professionals and coordinate with departments like R&D and Regulatory Affairs.
Eligibility Criteria
- ADL Roles: 2–7 years of experience in analytical development with expertise in AMV, AMD, GC, and HPLC.
- QC Roles: Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical QC, specializing in stability testing and compliance.
- Educational Background:
- B.Pharma / M.Pharma for ADL roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields for QC roles.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and problem-solving capabilities.
