2. HR & Admin (Pharmaceutical Industry)
3. IPQA Officer
4. Warehouse Officer

Experience: Fresher to 5 years.

Job Responsibilities and Skills:

1. FR&D (Formulation Tablet & Capsules):
   • Develop formulations for tablet and capsule products.
   • Conduct research on ingredient compatibility and dosage forms.
   • Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation techniques and equipment.
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. HR & Admin (Pharmaceutical Industry):
   • Handle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
   • Manage employee relations, performance appraisal, and compliance.
   • Proficiency in HRIS software and knowledge of labor laws.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. IPQA Officer:
   • Perform in-process quality assurance checks during manufacturing.
   • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
   • Experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance procedures.
   • Attention to detail and adherence to GMP guidelines.
4. Warehouse Officer:
   • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
   • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and finished products.
   • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
   • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
