About the Department & Responsibilities

R&D / F&D at Rusan Pharma

• Execute formulation trials and evaluate stability data to finalize composition.
• Develop manufacturing processes for R&D formulations, ensuring successful technical transfer for large-scale batches.
• Prepare all formulation process-related documents for regulatory filings, such as PDR.
• Facilitate technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
• Bring expertise in formulation and development for solid oral dosage forms.
• Experience in regulatory markets is essential.
