Responsibilities

As a Formulation Development Assistant Manager at Rubicon Research, you will:

• Lead and manage formulation development projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute formulation strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop robust formulations for pharmaceutical products.
• Oversee scale-up and technology transfer activities from lab to production.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to formulation development.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• M.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in formulation development, preferably with exposure to OSD dosage forms.
• Strong knowledge of USFDA and EU regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
