Job Highlights:

• Work experience required: 6+ years in the Gynae and Ortho segment, with 3-5 years as a Regional Business Manager.
• Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
• Territory exposure: Strong understanding and experience in managing the Gynae and Ortho market in Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Gynae and Ortho divisions, ensuring growth and development within the region.
• Selection, induction, and training of new staff.
• Build and manage an effective sales team, promoting a culture of teamwork and achievement.
• Develop monthly visiting plans, ensuring regular follow-ups and effective implementation.
• Analyze sales performance by value and product, preparing short and long-term growth plans.
• Manage relationships with distributors and oversee claims settlements.
• Ensure payment collections and product availability align with sales targets.
• Coordinate and organize conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain regular communication with team members and ensure effective execution of targets.
• Attend company meetings to provide updates on progress, challenges, and new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Relevant degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in the Gynae and Ortho segment.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Business Manager.
• Location Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Tamil Nadu pharma market, particularly in Madurai and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with doctors, institutions, and healthcare professionals.
