Skills Required:

• Should have a good knowledge of Lyophilizer equipment operation and their maintenance. Expohure of Lyophilizer, De-icing, CIP, SIP, VLT, Shelf Temperature Mapping, Performance Qualification, Media fill validation and data handling.
• Lyophilizer Batch Manufacturing, Filling and Operation of Filter Integrity Tester.
• Good knowledge in Troubleshooting of Products and Equipments.
• Lyophilizer related Documents as per cGMP requirements.

Sr. Operator / Operator – Lyophilizer SVP

Education & Experience : ITI with 2 to 4 years experience)

Skills Required

• To Perform Lyophilizer, De-icing, CIP, SIP, VLT, Shelf Temperature Mapping, Performance Qualification, and media fill validation.
• Should have a good knowledge of Lyophilizer equipment operation and their maintenance.
• Operation and Maintenance of Loading-Unloading and Operation of Filter Integrity Tester.
• Knowledge of developments, Preparation and Loading of Lyophilizer-recipe for multiple products.
• Knowledge of Lyophilizer related Documents as per cGMP requirements.
• Good knowledge in Troubleshooting of Products and Equipments.
