Role Overview: QC Reviewer – Executive/Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Review and statistical analysis of STPs, specifications, and protocols
• Evaluate laboratory documentation and batch records
• Author and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per cGMP norms
• Maintain qualification documents (IQ, OQ, PQ) for lab instruments and systems
• Address lab incidents, Out-of-Specification (OOS), and Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations
• Conduct change control, deviation handling, and CAPA implementation
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Educational Qualification

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc (Analytical / Organic Chemistry)

Experience

• 4 to 7 Years in Quality Control / Injectable / Regulatory plant
