Required Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 to 6 years in pharmaceutical formulation or QA activities

Key Responsibilities

Document Control & Issuance

• Issue and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Analytical Raw Data, and logbooks
• Distribute formats and registers across departments and ensure record reconciliation
• Manage document issuance, approval, and retrieval in electronic Document Management System (eDMS)

QA Review & Compliance

• Review product development and analytical documents for technology transfer
• Prepare and review departmental SOPs
• Review Equipment Qualification Protocols, Reports, Calibration Records, and Supplier Qualification Documents
• Handle executed data (raw & analytical), archiving and bio batch documentation

Regulatory & Quality Control Activities

• Coordinate Change Control (permanent/temporary), OOS, Incidents
• Maintain and archive GMP-related documents
• Review Analytical Method Validation Protocols and Reports
• Assist in preparation and submission of License Applications
• Approve QA documents in the absence of Head – FDQA
