FILLING & COMPOUNDING:

Position: Junior Officer / Officer Officer
Qualification: BSc / Diploma (Mechanical) ITI / Intermediate
Experience: 2-8years
Required skills:
Operation of Vial Filling, Sealing, Washing & Tunnel
Operation, CIP and SIP of Lyophilized
Lyophilization Process
Compounding, Aseptic Filtration Process
Sterilization Operations (Autoclave)

Position: Executive Executive
Qualification: B Pharmacy / M Pharmacy
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Required skills:
Hands on experience in Vial Filling, Sealing and Washing Machine Plan, prepare and execute as per the filling schedule Manpower planning, handling and utilization CIP, SIP of Mixing Vessels & Filling Machines Involved in IQ, 00, PQ and RQ of Autoclave, Vial Filling Line & Lyophilizer

PRODUCTION COMPLIANCE/ DOCUMENTATION:

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Educational Qualification: B Pharmacy / M Pharmacy / M Sc.
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Required skills:’Should handle the change controls, deviations, CAPA & SOPS preparation
Should have hands on experience in the profile, Production Compliance and Sterile

PACKING:

Position: Jr.Officer Officer Officer / Executive / Sr Executive
Qualification: BSc /B Com / BA / Diploma / ITI / B Pharmacy / M Pharmacy
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Required skills: Should have experience in operations of packing, labelling, blister packing machines and Autocartonator Track & Trace to perform cleaning activities and machine troubleshooting
Maintain document batch details in logbook and BPRS as per documentation practices
