Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Execute operational tasks aligned with regulatory submission requirements.
- Interpret regulatory guidelines to support business needs at the local level.
- Uphold quality standards based on regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Assist in regulatory activities for new food supplements under development.
- Maintain accuracy of regulatory license information for products.
- Contribute to resource management and project forecasting.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams on execution and strategies.
- Actively engage in training to enhance technical and personal skills relevant to the role.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in electronic submissions within the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Coordination of activities in a regulated environment
- Customer service experience in a challenging setting
- Knowledge of drug development processes
- Familiarity with systems and electronic technologies for submissions
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Nice-to-Have:
- Project management experience
