    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate project milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Execute operational tasks aligned with regulatory submission requirements.
    • Interpret regulatory guidelines to support business needs at the local level.
    • Uphold quality standards based on regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
    • Assist in regulatory activities for new food supplements under development.
    • Maintain accuracy of regulatory license information for products.
    • Contribute to resource management and project forecasting.

    Qualifications:
    Must-Have:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Experience in electronic submissions within the Pharmaceutical Industry
    • Coordination of activities in a regulated environment
    • Customer service experience in a challenging setting
    • Knowledge of drug development processes
    • Familiarity with systems and electronic technologies for submissions
    • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Project management experience
