Key Responsibilities Organic Chemistry Chemist
- Perform routine organic synthesis ranging from milligrams to grams scale
- Independently operate and maintain instrumentation and equipment
- Interpret data from instruments like NMR, Mass, HPLC
- Conduct instrument purification and maintain optimal conditions
- Handle glassware assembly, reaction reagent charging, and temperature control
- Understand written instructions from scientists and support team members
- Maintain meticulous documentation and proper data management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the CRO Industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to write reports, prepare spreadsheets, and presentations
- Proactive, highly motivated, and detail-oriented
