Responsibilities of an Inhouse Clinical Research Associate:

As an IHCRA at Novotech, your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and maintaining clinical study documentation in compliance with ICH GCP guidelines and Novotech SOPs.
• Supporting the clinical team in essential document development, collection, and management processes.
• Managing the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and ensuring site compliance.
• Creating Investigator Site Files and coordinating trial materials logistics.
• Ensuring the safe storage of study materials and maintaining stock reports.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant experience/qualifications in Life Sciences or related fields.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry is advantageous.
• 1-2 years experience as an in-house CRA or in relevant roles.
