Job Overview: Production Roles
Neuland Laboratories is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Chemist, Officer, and Shift In-charge in the production department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chemist/Officer:
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain product standards.
- Shift In-charge:
- Oversee the entire production process during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
- Lead a team of production staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education:
- Chemist/Officer: BSc/MSc in Chemistry.
- Shift In-charge: B Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience:
- 3 to 9 years of experience in production, particularly in API manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is highly desirable.
