Key Responsibilities for Process R&D Roles

MSN Laboratories is looking for driven individuals to join its Process R&D team. Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• New Product Process Development: Developing efficient processes for new products, with a focus on API manufacturing.
• Technology Transfer: Ensuring the successful transfer of processes from R&D to production scale.
• Documentation: Preparing and managing all process-related documentation, ensuring it aligns with regulatory and safety standards.
• R&D Safety Protocols: Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment in the Research & Development department.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • MSc in Organic Chemistry (Freshers and experienced candidates up to 5 years of experience are eligible).
• Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in the API industry is highly preferred, though freshers are also welcomed.
• Language Requirement:
  • Candidates should be fluent in Telugu, as it is essential for day-to-day communication within the team.
