• M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) only

Experience Required:

• 2 to 10 Years in formulation development

Candidate Profile & Key Responsibilities

Formulation Development Expertise

• Must have hands-on experience in developing solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules) for regulated markets like USA, Europe, and Australia.
• Deep understanding of ER/SR, IR formulations; MUPS project exposure is a plus.

Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

• Skilled in preparation and review of MFR, BMR, PDR, and regulatory documentation.
• Should have knowledge of QbD (Quality by Design) and DoE (Design of Experiments).

Technical Proficiency

• Exposure to formulation scale-up activities.
• Basic understanding of bioequivalence studies and handling regulatory queries.

Preferred Candidate Traits

• Experience with formulation strategies aligned to regulated market norms.
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with submission-ready documentation and scale-up batch execution.
• Note: Male candidates preferred as per operational requirements.
