Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate or Executive in the Analytical Research Division at Micro Labs, you will:

• Must have Rich experience in method development on HPLC/GC for Drug Substances, KSMs and Intermediate stages.
• Experience with peptide molecules will be preferable.
• Good knowledge of conducting forced degradation and mass balance studies.
• Independently troubleshoot day-to-day analytical and instrumental issues.
• Experience on monograph evaluation and equivalency studies.
• Knowledge and experience of HPLC/GC method validation as per ICH guideline requirements.
• Knowledge of preparing standard test procedures/ validation protocols/operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:

• Education: M.Sc. in Organic or Analytical Chemistry.
• Experience: 2-8 years of hands-on experience in HPLC/GC method development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HPLC/GC techniques and method validation.
  • Knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with peptide molecules is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
