Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sampling and analysis as per the turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure compliance with KPI standards and first-time-right analysis.
- Perform data trending and participate in trainings.
- Maintain logbooks, registers, and QC documents.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of analytical equipment.
- Monitor quality control parameters and record observations during shifts.
- Implement Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines and Kaizen initiatives.
- Investigate quality complaints, OOS (Out of Specification), deviations, and QMS-related activities.
- Assist in budget planning, vendor communication, and CAPEX requirements.
- Ensure batch releases as per the turnaround time.
- Represent QC during internal and external audits and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Job Requirements
- Education Qualification: PhD (Freshers) OR Master’s/Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences.
- Experience Required: 5-8 years in Quality Control or Analytical R&D.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and QMS.
- Ability to analyze data, investigate deviations, and respond to customer queries.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments and laboratory documentation.
