• Location: Bangalore, India
• Experience Required: 2-7 years (Freshers for Engineering roles)

Key Responsibilities
1. Production Officers/Executives:

• Oversee and manage production processes to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

2. Quality Control Officers/Executives:

• Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.

3. Quality Control (Stability) Officers/Executives:

• Manage stability studies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze stability data and prepare reports for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with external laboratories for stability testing as needed.

4. Stores/Warehouse Officers/Executives:

• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and regulatory standards.

5. Regulatory Affairs Officers/Executives:

• Prepare and submit regulatory documents for product approvals.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and address queries related to submissions.

6. Officer Engineering (Mechanical Background):

• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment in the production facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the implementation of engineering projects and process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Relevant degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 2-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Freshers for Engineering roles).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in GMP, SOPs, regulatory compliance, and inventory management.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
