About the Role

As a Medical Coding Certified Fresher at R1, you will be responsible for assigning accurate codes to diagnoses and procedures using the ICD (International Classification of Diseases) and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) coding systems. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Certification: Completion of a coding program with certifications such as:

  • CCS (Certified Coding Specialist)
  • COC (Certified Outpatient Coder)
